“Education is not preparation for life, but life itself”
Machabeng College continues to promote its life long relationship with Universities all around the world. This was evident from the career sessions held at the school premises a few weeks backs for our IB students. The Uniqueness of our IB program prepares our learners for enrollment in anywhere around the world to further their studies.
During one of the sessions with representatives from the University of Johannesburg (UJ), our education system garnered loads of praise for preparing students that are performing so well in South African Universities. The IBDP program remains an outstanding programme that is equipping students with not only skills to make it to the top Universities but to also achieve highly when they get enrolled.
Our students in a session with North West University, showed so much gratitude, excitement and interest towards the courses offered. These sessions help tune our students in the direction of being hard workers and individuals self directed to achieve their own set goals.
Not only were the sessions for students, but also for members of staff that wanted to further their studies in different disciplines. A session dedicated to helping them to enroll was conducted. This goes without saying, it displays the willingness of our staff to equip themselves to be better educators for the children of this nation. Machabeng College still remains the school of choice in helping Basotho and International Students all over the world to not only dream about a better education, but to also achieve it.
