Machabeng International School seeks to employ internationally minded staff who are committed to excellence in education and to the holistic development of learners. Applicants are required to have a minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience in IB and/or CAIE programmes, preferably within Africa or other developing country contexts. This experience is essential to ensure that educators are able to understand, adapt to, and effectively navigate the social, cultural, and resource-based challenges that may arise within diverse demographic environments.
Staff at Machabeng are expected to demonstrate strong subject knowledge alongside the competencies required to nurture critical thinking, effective communication, collaboration, creativity, adaptability, and digital literacy.
Teachers are encouraged to design learning experiences that connect local realities with global perspectives, enabling students to thrive in an interconnected world.
