Our Strategic Plan
Machabeng College is shaping a bold future through a five-year strategic plan focused on
academic excellence, modern facilities, empowered staff, and a strong, inclusive
community.
Building on these strong foundations, the Machabeng College 2024–2029 Strategic Plan
sets out a clear and purposeful roadmap for the years ahead. It outlines the strategies
through which the College will advance its mission, strengthen its impact, and continue
serving students, families, and the wider community of Lesotho and beyond.
