As Lesotho’s leading international school, Machabeng College provides a uniquely high-quality international education to students from southern Africa and elsewhere through the IGCSE leading in the Middle School through to the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBDP) in the Senior School. To build upon its remarkable record of progress from the school’s humble beginnings half a century ago to its unique leadership role in contemporary international education, Machabeng College is seeking a new Principal for 2025.

The Principal reports directly to the Board of Governors, which is the governing authority of the school. The Board comprises 9 members who represent the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) [2 members], parents [3 elected members], Local Government [1 member], the Chief of Ha Hoohlo, the West Maseru district where the College is located [1 member], the teaching staff [1 member], and the Principal [ex-officio member who also serves as Board Secretary].
